HOW OUR SERVICES ARE PUT INTO ACTION?
If you want to schedule a cleaning with us, we strongly advise that you or a representative of your choosing be there at your house for the final walkthrough when the cleaning is complete. We want you to be satisfied with our service. All sales are final, so once you let us know you’re happy with your cleaning, we’ll consider the job done.
To guarantee complete customer pleasure, even our most basic cleaning services for homes went above and beyond the standard clean. We take great pride in the accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail with which we complete our work. Members of our staff diligently clean each room. They give your house extra attention in areas that are frequently ignored.
A WORD OF CAUTION REGARDING YOUR TRANSFER QUOTES ABOUT CLEANING!
It’s difficult to be exact in the art of quote. We can only schedule the appropriate amount of time for each cleaning based on the details you provide regarding the size and condition of your home because we don’t offer on-site estimations. And sure, for the most part, we are correct.
We start by concentrating on cleaning your home’s most crucial spaces. You can use our checklist as a GUIDELINE when cleaning your house. How much our cleaning can do depends on the general CONDITION of your house. We start by concentrating on the rooms in your house that need the most work (for instance, the kitchen and/or bathroom). For our brand-NEW clients, we recommend you with an introductory cleaning (Deep Cleaning). This cleaning is time-based, but it enables our cleaners to provide you with a thorough Maids Your Way experience!
In the event that we don’t believe we can complete the task in the allotted time, our office will phone you as soon as we arrive. Additionally, your cleaning can be tailored to meet your unique cleaning requirements. You can provide us with a prioritized list of tasks that we can complete for our usual hourly rate, with a minimum of 2 hours of labor.
